We would like to suggest an enhancement to the reminder filtering functionality within REX.
Currently, the system only allows the "Due Date" and "Track" filters to be saved as default. However, it would be extremely beneficial for our workflow if we could also set "Property" as a default filter.
Organising reminders by property provides a much clearer and more actionable view for our team. Instead of viewing a long list of reminders, being able to group them by property allows us to focus on specific tasks related to a particular listing or client more efficiently. This organisation helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks and significantly improves usability and productivity.
Proposed Update:
- Allow the "Property" filter to be saved as a default filter under the reminders section.
- Ideally, allow for multiple filter criteria (e.g., Property + Track) to be saved and persist between sessions.
We believe this enhancement would benefit not just our team but many users who manage multiple properties and rely on reminders as part of their daily workflow.
