Auction Campiagn/ Open Home Follow-Up Efficiency
Currently, when reviewing warm/hot contacts, it’s not easy to action follow ups directly from the list view.
Challenges:
You can’t make a call straight from the warm/hot contact list view.
After making a call, updating notes requires opening the individual contact record or specific open home, which adds extra steps and slows things down.
Proposed Improvements:
Allow calls to be made directly from the warm/hot contact list view. (for each contact)
Enable adding/updating notes from the same screen immediately after the call. (for each contact)
This would significantly streamline follow-ups particurly when running an auction campaigns where you need to remain in contact with warm/hot interest from the previous 3-4 weeks on the market.
