  1. When a buyers added to REX, there should be a feature where REX will automatically add a track to the buyers. We use a Buyer track 24/7.

    You can do this easily enough in Zapier (even the free edition as it's a two step Zap).

    Create a zap, add "Lead Created" as the trigger, limit to "Listing Enquiry" in lead types. Then In the second step, add "Create Track", then assign whatever track you are using.
