Email Template in Brand Accounts - Sender
We had the below situation occur where a team member sent an email out of a Brand Account, and it ended up with no signature or name being listed. Looks unprofessional (and spam)..
We are hoping REX to build in a feature that if the FROM isn’t selected from the recipients drop down box – then it produces “ERROR/incorrect value” message in red. The same way, that happens when you try to pay out funds from Trust and you are unable to if you have less in the ledger.
It seems odd that a field can be left blank when you go to send out an email? We are proposing for it to be displaying the recipient’s name automatically in there (from who is logged into REX) or needing to pick someone from the drop down option.
