Just like the buyer match with the automatic email or SMS that is sent out, I would like to be able to do this for all the tagged sellers in our system that have property attributes and details listed against their property to match against just sold properties.

For example we just mark as sold a property at 123 Swan Street in Melbourne which was a three bedroom 2 bathroom double garage on 800 square metres, all sellers in our system that have a property that is within the same suburb (or if possible a radius of that sale location), whose property attributes match the sold property attributes, and who's property details are within a 20% range of build or land size, will be sent a prefabbed (which is customizable) email showing all the properties just sold meeting the above criteria's with the message saying we know you're not ready to sell now but just keeping you in touch with what we're selling in the market, A picture of the property with a big sold sign on it and the price it sold for along with the address and a link to the properties details or the sold section of the agencies web site.
An entry to REX to show it was done just like the buyer matching.

This will allow you to touch your pipeline sellers regularly with updates when the automatic options are selected, keeping them updated and promoting your ongoing success.
