It can be time consuming when trying to merge a simple Email or SMS from REX to a contact. With Projects, we tend to have multiple templates for different purposes.

I believe it would increase the work flow in your workplace to be able to Group email templates within a folder, or even Order the templates to your use. (There may be some you use more than others) This will reduce the time scrolling through the merge template to find the right one, where I am certain the idea of grouping will allow users to be able specifically pin point where each template with ease.
