After uploading agents photos to their user profile in transparent PNG format, and then creating brochures which feature the agents photo as a image preset/merge field, when automatically generating a PDF brochure via the listing page, the agents photo does not pull as transparent, instead showing a black background on the final product.

In addition to this, merged PNG images also cannot even be made transparent in the builder. This is despite the fact that when manually uploading a PNG in the builder without a merge, and selecting it to be transparent in the top colour menus, the agents photos are made transparent no problem at all.

While the brochure build/generate PDF feature is incredibly convenient for sales reps, I cannot help but feel that if the sales reps are made to enter the builder and apply these photos manually, it does defeat the purpose. Hoping REX can provide a solution!
