Pausing Agendas/Tracks/Reminders When on Annual Leave
I think it would be a great idea to be able to pause agents tracks/reminders when they are on annual leave, so you can pop in a start date to pause and then an end date that it will unpause.
For example if they have a reminder to contact a Vendor in two days but they go on leave for a week the next day that that reminder will not pop up until they return from leave and appear two days after they have returned.
I find the agent's arent overly great at going on leave and then coming back and properly actioning all of their agendas they have banked up while on leave (especially if on leave for a while).
Just if we could hit a pause button on the reminders that would be great. Would also be good for over the christmas break if the company closes down.
