There seems to be a lot of double clicking, double handling and back and forth when adding a new contact making it a time consuming and costly exercise.
One single pop up screen when entering new contact/lead giving the
Ability to add ALL owners on one page (pop-up), including, resi and postal address, address of property if investment would help speed up the process plus the ability to add a "track' without then having to select a "target" property. If you're in contact with the owners discussing a potential listing, nominating the target property seems obsolete regardless if its a PPI or Invest as you should already have which property you're discussing in your notes.
