Ability to select which listing category uses required documents
Required documents is a great new feature...but it would be great if we could choose to use this for sales only or vice versa - rentals.

This is a great idea! We had the issue this morning where our property management team couldn't publish as I had created the required documents on Friday. Would be super handy to be able to apply to certain categories like we can with the disclaimers =)
