When an email is sent to a buyer making enquiries, and we are sending them details about multiple properties, which does occur often, you can only select Regarding 1 property or listing. We need to be able to link the email to the various listings, otherwise we have to duplicate or copy and paste the enquiry into notes (email), sometimes double and triple handling. You then don't have the recipient response details showing whether they've opened the email or clicked links etc. Rex support advises that currently there is no way to attach to multiple properties? I think many agents would find this very helpful.
