    Please include the NSW ID Check LIST in pre listing Documents . This is legal requirement now and will assist with in house policy

    My understanding is that is an NSW Fair trading legislative requirement that receipt get sent out immediately for all deposits made to the trust account, Can you automatically send when out once an entry has been made against a buyer making a deposit
