Detailed Agency & Consultant KPI
I currently find the KPI reports are inadequate and have to swap from 1 report to another. I have used another KPI spreadsheet where all the information is pulled into the 1 and is quite detailed showing exactly the number and percentage of activity. This can then be pulled into a management kpi to show the perfomance in numbers and percentages. From here you can also see average management fees, average days on, list to sell ratios etc. This is very helpful not only to management but also talking to vendors.

Totally agree. Could this be achieved by having the ability to create Custom Reports from the data within REX or to open up the REX API so that we can pull the data into our spreadsheets to monitor performance data.

Totally agree. Even a High-Level Sales KPI report for individual agents rather than 'all agents' would be beneficial in the meantime! :)
