Search for Tags
It would be really handy if from DASHBOARD, using the "Search for contacts, properties, etc." field, to be able to search for CONTACTS with a specific TAG.
Currently, the only way to search for contacts with a specific tag, is to do it via CONTACTS tab, 'Filter Contacts'/'Tags'.
Here's how this would be useful...
We tag every buyer who comes to an Open Home with a tag like this: '18 Kitchener Road - OFI Attendee'.
When doing phone backs, or merge email or txt to contacts who have attended an Open Home of a specific property, we search via CONTACTS for these buyers using 'filter' and then 'tags'.
It would be super quick and easy if we could just type in the TAG into the SEARCH field on the DASHBOARD.
Other tags we often search on are tags we have given suppliers, such as, 'SUPPLIER - PLUMBERS' etc.
We give every contact a tag, often several. Using TAGS is the easiest way to create list views.
