Attach documents to email templates
It would be helpful to be able to save & attach certain documents to an email template. It would come in handy for agents sending correspondence after an OFI. For example, sending a copy of the contract, copy of body corp by-laws & minutes etc.
It'd be really helpful with taking the above action on Lease properties - when you have to come back to the office and send emails off to everyone who's attended an OFI with a copy of the Lease, body corp by-laws, application form etc.
These can be handed out on the spot but would be good to be able to show in their record that they've been sent and have received this info with the documents attached.
It’d save a lot of time & effort if you were able to have these docs pre-loaded & saved to the template so that you can simply select template & send the email to all attendees.
