As we have a separate database for each agent, it is awkward when Homepass automatically finds an already existing contact belonging to another agent and automatically adds permissions for the new agent to that entry. Is there a way to create a new contact for the new agent through Homepass.
Also when doing a vendor report, Homepass lumps all the ofi contacts as one comment - not allowing for individual comments per buyer - because of this reporting is not possible for individual buyers.
