Have the ability to exclude the due date on invoices
As the majority of our marketing is paid at settlement (unless a property is withdrawn) we need the ability to exclude the due date on invoices. Our vendors are sent a copy of marketing and we find that vendors are confused and think they have to pay instead of being handled at settlement by the conveyancer. Even if we could have the ability to edit and enter 'payable at settlement' as an option that would suit our market here in South Australia.

If you are looking to give an indication of payable amounts, why not just send a marketing schedule instead rather than an invoice?
What happens for example if the property is sold before you've completed your advertising campaign - is the invoice you sent that charged for items that weren't completed / booked still valid at that point?

From a client services viewpoint I dont think that answer is good enough REX. Maybe you can revisit and think more about what your clients require instead of suggesting an unsatisfactory work around. I have logged the same request and then found this one ;-/

Would love the ability to type text into the due date or even leave it blank. Sometimes an invoice may be due at settlement or some other agreed time but not necessarily a 'date'.
