If our administration team are entering the data for multiple agents, there is no way to tell in the backend who is who's, unless tagged. Rex default all of their data entered as being owned by the admin person who is typing it in under their login. How about having an option where they can select an agent, and Rex records them against the information, but the elected agent as the owner? At the moment, I have admin use my login to enter all my data to avoid this issue. This then causes problems where they don't see their tasks etc.
