Be able to email someone without adding them as a contact.
Some people I don't want in as contacts. Stop trying to force workflow as it sucks.

Hi Lawrence,
Rex is a CRM which should be used to track all correspondence, because of this, your suggestion is not something we’re looking to implement into Rex.
If you would like to send untracked emails, you can send them directly from your work email.

Well that sucks, what is the obsession with hovering up all the data? Surely the user should be able to choose to omit certain things from being tracked, sometimes big brother isn't best.
