VENDOR REPORT - Marketing and promotional activities should be included in the report
I would like my vendors to be able to see on the Vendor Report where and when their property has been advertised eg. newspapers, websites, letterbox drops, email newsletter, Facebook etc..
For instance, the date it appeared in the newspaper, which newspaper it was in and the size of the ad.
For websites, which portals it was on, whether it was a standard or feature listing and if featured when that expires.
For Facebook, when it was posted, and if it was a paid/ boosted Facebook ad the details of that.
When it appeared in our newsletter.
I always attached copies of advertising to the vendor report and copies of the portal statistics however it would be good to actually include some of the basic information in the vendor report itself.

I totally agree with this one, I have never used a system that does not generate the marketing and promotion of a property in a Vendor report. It's a service we should be providing to our clients, keeping them updated on the progress of their promotion and marketing. Instead, I need to individually type this information into my Vendor reports. Surely it is much simpler to have it feed through from the marketing that is marked as 'booked' in the system?
