Delayed SMS or email
In other software systems you can set the time of day that the SMS or email is delivered - very handy to remind people of an open time that day (sent at say 8am) or to thank people for attending the opens.

Yes agree we have had a lot of our agents and staff ask if Rex has this functionality. Much easier to be able to schedule all communication at once.

It will be great to have this function in Rex. It is extremely handy when managing communication with vendors and buyers. Are there plans to have this function added in the near future?

I use this with another CRM - it's great to have a message reach them at a time they are more likely to open it. eg after work hrs

I would love to see this function working with the Newsletter function. With our old newsletter program I completed and scheduled so it could be set for a certain time.

Or set a short delay time (eg 5 mins) in the settings in case an email was sent with a discovered error ( eg forgot to add attachment), whereby the email can be retrieved and altered.
