Different ’Listing Alerts’ to send to potential buyers
When I send a mail merge to contacts attached to feedback on a listing, it is sent as a plain email and is not recorded on the listing.
It would be great if we could send updates to contacts attached to feedback - like we do with price changes or match alerts but for OFI time or Auction times.
Say if I wanted to send them an alert about an auction, it would come through like the price change emails or match alerts, with a blurb, photo and info about the listing.

Yes, I agree. It is most cumbersome trying to send a mass action email that requires us to edit a particular element of the email body for every single recipient. It's just too much work.
There is a definite need for a broader range of Merge Field options to be made available in the 'Contact' mode email templates. The merge fields would solve many problems but right now they are too limited.
