Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Attachments on email merges to appear at top of email
At the moment, attachments on email merges appear at the very bottom of the email and are not easy to see (we've had numerous clients respond asking where the attachment is). This needs to be made more obvious or should appear under the subject line as per regular emails.

Open Homes In Pocket need to become more simple
When using Pocket at an OFI it is very difficult to multi-task between signing people in, sending contracts, adding buyers notes and editing/adding emails etc. Having used other open home apps such as Homepass, I know the process can be much simpler.
I believe it was just dumbed down to quickly check buyers in, send contracts and add notes it would work much better. Then if agents want to do the more technical stuff they can use the contacts section f pocket.

Report for all open IBD Trust accounts
Need a report which has all open IBD account balances on it.
It would be great to include (but not limited to) these fields on the report:
Date Opened
Reference ID Number
Property Address
Amount held36 votesYou can now generate the Trial Balances and Full Ledger Summary reports (located in Admin > Reports > Trust General) in the context of your IBD accounts.
To do so, go to generate the report as you normally would and from the trust account dropdown select “IBD Accounts”.

Sort feedback, open times & notes by date on the vendor report instead of the order they were entered
When entering notes about a property or feedback from opens, they do not appear sorted by date.
So if you do not enter feedback in chronological order, it continues to appear all mixed up.
This effects the Vendor Report etc.
Same thing happens with open times. If you enter a few Thursday opens and then a few Saturday opens, they do not sort in the back end of Rex by date – only sort by date on the website.Ideally they should be able to be sorted/viewed in date order.

Email Dropbox attaching to property
Can the emails sent to your dropbox account be able to be attached to the listing and not need a contact to be filed correctly, if the property name and/or RX# be in the subject line of the email

Option to easily add or remove banking details to invoices without having to go through Agency Settings & Branding to add the details
It'd be great if there was just a simple 'Add Banking Details' button when creating an invoice, or a drop down menu where you can choose between a Sales Trust Account or a General Account. If that was the case, there would need to be a section in Agency Settings & Details to add two separate bank accounts, instead of just one.

Change task date in Rex Reminder screen
When in the Rex reminder list screen, it would be great if there was also an option to 'change date' of a task while in this screen. So if a task comes up in your calendar but it's not quite due yet, if there was an option in the screen to change the date to push the reminder back a few days. Saves going into each record to push back reminders.

Buyer Match - Show which properties are under contract
When you setup a new buyer match and save it. Then click the match button that shows what stock you currently have so you can email it out. It doesn't show you which properties in that list are under contract at the time. It would be great to have a under offer banner across the photo.

Auto cleaning/removing clients who have terminated a buyer match from appearing in reverse searches
Currently when a buyer terminates from receiving property brochures in REX they will still appear as a profile match when reverse matching against a property. There is no indication in this search that the buyer has terminated from receiving these alerts either in REX or the exported CSV file.
I am suggesting either the clients who terminate their searches be removed from appearing in these searches or be indicated on the report as having terminated their match profile.
This will allow the agent to either have a clean list of active buyers or be able to contact said client and…
33 votesWe have completed this in 2023. You can now set match profiles to automatically archive if there is no activity on a match profile for a certain time period.

Easier searching for contacts and properties.
For example, if you were looking for Peter Mark Smith, you would not have to search the phrase exactly, if you type Mark Smith the search should return the closest matches based on what you typed... this should be similar to spelling mistakes. Searches should return the closest possble matches.

Emailing original file instead of sharing link
One of our clients uses an email system that blocks links due to security issues. It would be good if there was an option next to the file that said 'Send Link' or 'Send Original' so that the attachment could actually be attached to the email the traditional way instead of embeded into the email.

Building name to be added to stocklists
There should be an option to be able to show the building name on stocklists.

First off, we’ve added space beside each listing for information on an auction, set-sale or tender venue and time, when applicable. You also have the option to include OFI times, to boot.
There’s the opportunity to include a building or business name, too.

Saving time by REX picking up the OFI, Listing etc when doing OFI Feedback
Hi,
A lot of time is being wasted with us having to select OFI feedback source, enter the property, OFI time and other information when entering feedback from an OFI.
It would be great if REX picked up that a buyer came to a OFI and what property they came through and what time, instead of having to manually enter it.
This can be very time consuming for agents with lots of listings.
Please have a look at this.

How about an App for Home Opens - so that you can have your ipad sitting on the table instead of a visitor book, and the information entered
An ipad App for Home Opens - the punters enter their details themselves, including email addresses and approval to be contacted on a regular basis ( we would probably offer a prize to incentivise them ). The App should seamlessly transfer the information into Rex later when you log in.

When clicking the 'Load More' button in feedback it loads all/more feedback
It would save us a lot of time if we did not have to click the 'Load More' button a bunch of times in the Feedback section. It would be great if the 'Load More' button loaded all/a lot more feedback.
29 votesWe recently made changes that load 20 additional feedback records at a time, rather than the previous 5 at a time.

Related Contacts
When adding related contacts to a property record, it would be nice to have a flexible option (at present only owner, past owner, tenant or past tenant are available). I do a lot of business to business networking and would like to add say an architect or consultant that has worked on a particular property. You can add a custom field when you add a related contact to an existing contact record, so it would be good to have this available on the property record.

Admin to be able to see Contract Conditions for all Agents
For Admin to be able to see the contract and conditions and upcoming settlements etc in the dashboard

FINANCIALS - Commissions by accepted date
The current Commission report is only filtered by either Release dates or Unconditional dates. It would be good to have the option to filter by Accepted dates as our KPIs are driven by this.

Auto Match Profile - Enabling Email Contact
Now that REX has automatic match profiles for online enquires they haven't given the option for alerts to be sent to those match profiles.
