Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Different Projects Views

    The ability to have different views for Projects would be beneficial to us. When we have a project that is 'inactive' it would be great to have it show in a separate area - much like the Listings section has a 'Current' and 'Sold' section.

  2. Projects

    When adding the listings into Projects & Stages, we should be able to have the ability to add each listing similar to how you add each listing to the Buildings area - this is much simpler and more efficient as you only have to add the lot number (or unit number) all the other info is duplicated. This will save a lot of time, the current system is very time consuming especially for new land estates which have hundreds of blocks and all need to be added as individual listings before you can add the listings to the stages.

  3. Reporting for high volume of feedback

    Projects typically have a high volume of enquiries.

    Currently, vendor reports show 'Follow up' feedback as a separate entry.

    If we contact 120 leads, an average of 5 times each, this makes the report very difficult to read as there is now 600 separate entries!

    It'd be great if we could sort the vendor reports for projects similar to the attachment.

    The ability to sort by cold/warm/hot would also be massively advantageous.

    Due to the current set up, we can't use these reports for our developers.

  4. Key Details / Attributes - House Design - REX Projects

    Now that REX has fantastic new functionality via REX Projects for 'off the plan' project sales I think that "House Design" is an important:
    "Key Details Property Attribute".

    House design type is a vital part of the 'off the plan' sales process

  5. Listed Price to appear on the Stage Stock List

    On the Project Stage Stock List tab, to add a column for the listed price and possibly the sold price..

  8. Adding properties via Mass Action to a Project or Project Stage

  9. Charts in Vendor reports for projects

    For Projects:

    There should be one Chart for Enquiry Source and another for say follow ups, private inspections. etc. Enquiry Source is great for showing where enquiry is coming from and also to relate it back to Ad spend. There should be only one enquiry source note per enquiry. Ie a buyer enquires on Unit A, then gets followed up, maybe a few back and forward emails (ie more feedback notes) then an appointment etc., that should be counted as one enquiry from say REA.
