Have an open tab labelled by the opened property/contact
Instead of every tab open showing as "Rex CRM - Listings - Record" or "Rex CRM - Contacts" that the tab is labelled with the subject listing address or the contact name so they can be easily identified without needing to click and open the tab again to access that information
