MFA - multiple users
MFA - Property management department have 1 user account - but multiple users use the account. When MFA comes in this means this won't be available, therefore more accounts needing to be purchased. Surely there are other agents out there with same issue.

100% - MFA should be optional rather than mandatory. Businesses should have the ability to choose their own level of security and manage the associated risks based on their operational needs.
