We receive requests to confirm Sales Deposits held everyday. Currently marketing and sales are combined as we only have one trust account. Seems backwards that we have to pull out our calculator and add up the deposits paid and to be sure not to include any VPA. Would be fantastic to have it like propertyme for rent and bond held boxes at top of the ledger.
