More Categories for the Privacy Level of Documents loaded in Rex
Currently, our office loads all documents in as Private, as we don't need anything available online (NSW based). We often need to send docs to clients, such as Agency Agreements to the vendor or their solicitor. However, as we load in items we don't want anyone other than our office to access (such as the Agency Appraisal), we thought that upping the possible categories of document privacy, especially when training new staff, can help stop the wrong documents being emailed out.
Suggested document categories are listed below;
* Public (such as the Victorian Information Statement) - available at the online listing
* Agency Only (such as the sales Appraisals) - cannot be sent out, just an internal record document
* Private (Agency Agreements etc) - can be sent to clients & legal reps, but not customers
* Available - (such as Rental Appraisals) - things that we can send to enquiries, but aren't readily available online at all times
