I just had a trial with a different CRM yesterday (not that we are thinking about switching) just to have a look. They did have one great email marketing builder similar to MailChimp where you can drop and drag modules into an EDM. The modules where on the left hand side of the email and you could click say reviews, agent profile, two property feature, single property feature etc etc. I thought the REX team might be interested in checking it out.
