It think it would be really helpful to be able to have the brochures (not the link) sent in an email to contacts who are selected in a "Reverse Match" situation for a listing.
We can then use this when we just list a property and send it to our database, if there is a new price change or if the property goes from one sale method to another (private treaty to auction for example).

I'd like to see an option in the "template" that says something along the lines of "Property Brochure" or whatever, so when it is chosen the actual email is the property brochure not just us having to write something and then try and link it in (I've sent myself a test email this way and it's looks like spam).

I understand that if we have buyers set up with a "Buyer match" profile, they will receive an email brochure (if their criteria matches) but it would be a great feature to have to be able to send an immediate and VISUAL alert to buyers.
