Add option to select type of method used for follow-up feedback
When adding follow-up feedback there should be a drop-down box with the method used to contact the client (e.g. phone call, email, etc.) so it can be added to the vendor report.
For example, if I call 5 OFI attendees and add their feedback, I would like those 5 calls to be added to the tally in the 'agent activity' section of the vendor report. At the moment these calls are not tallying up so it appears to a vendor that we are not making many calls relating to the property.
The only way to work around this at the moment is to copy the added feedback in to a 'note' which is linked to the property and the contact and then change the note type to 'phone call'. This double handling is inefficient.
