Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Add Contacts
The ability to enter more than one name in contacts.
When entering OFI in feedback or using kiosk or add person it would be great to be able to enter eg a husband and wife’s name at the one time.3 votesYou can now add a partner when checking an attendee in with Pocket Open Homes. After you have checked in the first person you will have the option to add partner details.

Differentiating contacts with same name when sending an email
When typing writing a new email, and you have multiple clients with the same name, you cant tell which one you want to choose. I propose having the email address as well as the client name come up in the 'To' bar when searching a client name.
7 votesThank you for the feedback. Pleased to report that the “to” field in the email dialog now shoes emails (as well as other data). Many fields in the system now support this new & improve contact selection experience as well.

Search by Postal address
Can you please add the feature Search by Postal Address of a contact in the database. It would be a huge time saver as to the roundabout method I have to use now when I know the address and cant remember the people's names. I am sure we all suffer from that issue. Ultimately this added feature would save a lot of embarrassment.

Merge Field - Events - OFI Details - Date and Time
Dear REX, as discussed 8/5/18, there is no merge field for Open Home details, eg 'date and time'. We email our Vendors from REX (listing>merge>send email>select template), however there is no option to include a merge field for OFI details. If the details (date and time) of future open homes would pull through, it would save time on the hundreds of emails each week (between our 3 offices) by eliminating the data entry double handling. Please make this merge available. Thank you in advance.

Schedule Newsletters
Being able to schedule newsletters to send automatically on a specific day/time would mean easier management of bulk EDMs.

A full key register list for both rentals and sales. Not just the current listings, anything with a key number at all.

4 votesAs part of the new Key Registry release, you can now include sold/withdrawn properties in the key registry report!
There’s also a bunch of other exciting improvements, including the ability to check keys in & out, support for multiple keys, etc.

Ability to present different Agents Commission structures
Hi,
we like most agencies have many agents, who all have different commission structures. We also sell different products where the commissions rates vary.
Is there a way to pre-load these commission structures that would be like the pre-set agency commission, so that these important fees are set once and then just selected by the Administrator with no room for errror.13 votesYou can now set the default commission amount for an agent under Settings > Commissions > Agent Defaults!
In addition you can set up default Commission Structures for things like packages offered by your agency.

Statement Of Information
As a CAV requirement for all VICTORIAN residential properties, i feel that the listing should not be able to be uploaded to any portal until the Statement of Information document is uploaded, saved and made public.

First name default for Vendor Reports
It would be great if the Vendor Reports were set to default to a First Name only. They currently default to Full Name.
It's better for privacy if the First Name is set as a default for these.

Related Contacts
When adding related contacts to a property record, it would be nice to have a flexible option (at present only owner, past owner, tenant or past tenant are available). I do a lot of business to business networking and would like to add say an architect or consultant that has worked on a particular property. You can add a custom field when you add a related contact to an existing contact record, so it would be good to have this available on the property record.

ofi times need to automatically fill
Currently you put in your ofi times to go to internet portals. Why is it that you then need to add your ofi time doing ofi feedback. This should automatically fill when opened.

Rex Calendar Improvements
1, Enter an APPOINTMENT for a team member directly into the calendar, including attaching the CONTACT(s) (for contact details)
Attach and synchronise a PROPERTY (or properties) as the LOCATION for the appointment.
Include appointment REMINDERS which also synchronise
INVITE other contacts to appointments
Create RECURRING appointments
Create ALL DAY appointments (actually I think we can already do this)
COLOUR CODE appointments
Attach CONTACT DETAILS for appointment team member
Insert ATTACHMENTS to appointments (brochures, titles, other documents)
Link appointments to FEEDBACK for Vendor Reports
Administrators can OPEN more than 1 calendar across a screen

Attachments on email merges to appear at top of email
At the moment, attachments on email merges appear at the very bottom of the email and are not easy to see (we've had numerous clients respond asking where the attachment is). This needs to be made more obvious or should appear under the subject line as per regular emails.

View contact ownership in search bar drop down box
When typing in a contacts name or number in the search bar that turns out to be in there three times for three different agents, its would be great to have an indication of which agent each one belongs to so you dont have to click on them all until you get the right one. Great for sales support when adding in notes to a partucular contact.

When clicking the 'Load More' button in feedback it loads all/more feedback
It would save us a lot of time if we did not have to click the 'Load More' button a bunch of times in the Feedback section. It would be great if the 'Load More' button loaded all/a lot more feedback.
29 votesWe recently made changes that load 20 additional feedback records at a time, rather than the previous 5 at a time.

One page to show alll OFI's - saving time going into individual properties.
When updating times for your OFI's is so such a time saver to have all your properties and times on one page. Mydesk Top has this facility and is easy to check and verify that all your open times are correct. Also should have day as well as date. Then you can easily see that the dates are correct as you see specific dat ie Wed, Sat etc.

Rex Application for Tablet and Phone Devices
We understand many of you are wanting Rex to be fully mobile/tablet compatible.
Please vote and comment on exactly what feature(s) you would find most useful while on the road. Please keep in mind that in order to provide a nice/ simple mobile experience we will not be able to transfer every single feature of Rex to the phone. As such we'd like a comment from you on what you think the most basic requirement of the application would be.
e.g. "The ability to search across, and easily call any contact in Rex"

Filter by interest level
When you get a list of buyers from the feedback on a listing, you can't filter them based on their Interest level from the feedback.
This would be a great option for filtering your buyers based on that feedback.
