Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Remember – no request is too small :)

  1. Ability to change/edit a condition date

    The ability to change a date from the dashboard instead of having to go into the property and then selecting legal etc etc etc.

    Contract conditions often get extended and the ability to easily edit the condition date would save so much time.

  2. Displaying Appraisals in Dashboard Stream

    We find sharing details of the appraised properties between agents is a very handy tool as quite often an agent will have a buyer for a property that another one of our agents has appraised.

    But they often don't get the time to actually sit down together and chat about it, it is an opportunity that gets missed.

    I know you can perform a reverse match on the appraised property. But I think it would be much better if the appraisals showed on the stream so all of our agents are instantly aware of anything that has been appraised and…

  3. Feed Errors displayed in Dashboard

    Would be handy to have any feed errors displayed in the dashboard as well. Makes it easy to see what hasn't gone through rather than having to look through each individual listing to make sure it's feeding correctly.

  4. Showing current listings (total) on dashboard

    Old Rex used to show you how many listings you had on the dashboard on the left-hand side once you opened it up.

    Can we get this back up at all?

    We have contract totals, why not Listings.
