Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Move the 'navigating . . .' slightly to the left
Hello fellow REX lovers and users; I'm here today to gain support of moving the 'navigating . . .' thing slightly to the left.
Vote now to end the monotonous waiting to simply push the + button. Push it with ease, any time, any where, all because the 'navigating . . .' thing has been moved slightly to the left.

Pricing listed properties - using a band
Good afternoon,
I am a new user of this system, and while I am loving it, I am finding one feature quite frustrating - properties are defined as a set price instead of a band. We all know that there are several prices for a property when it goes on the market – the rateable value, the asking price, the seller’s price, the buyer's price and the sold price. We can almost guarantee that there won’t be an exact cross match.

The primary reasons we’ve gone this way is for two reasons:
1. Data Compatibility: One of our main concerns is data transfer to third party services and websites – the majority of these sites (with exceptions for commercial property categories) support only a single discrete search price. If we supported a range we would be having to make a best guess for the user which we have found is often not desirable from the user’s perspective (we used to run a “price range” style input in a previous iteration of the product).
2. Simplicity: We’ve found that it’s somewhat difficult for user’s to grasp the intersection of two ranges (and more so when user’s only input a single value into those ranges).
We’d say the portals have gone with this strategy (single price for property, price bracket when searching) for the same reasons as…

realestate.com.au reports integration back into REX
The ability to push realestate.com.au property activity report information (views, engagement, save & share, enquiries) back into REX and integrate into the REX vendor report.
At the moment, I'm having to present multiple reports to my vendors and this would enable one single, integrated report.

Unfortunately realestate.com.au don’t expose this information. If you want it back in Rex you’ll need to contact realestate.com.au and request that they allow us to access that information.

Assigning multiple owners to appointments
When adding a reminder to a property or person in the type of an appointment (so it shows up in the calendar) we need to be able to assign multiple owners to one appointment so it shows up in each persons calendar.

With the reminders, it needs to be marked as complete by someone, so if you have several users getting the reminder it would make it tricky as to who has completed.
What you can do is subscribe to each others calendars so you can see what appointments each are attached to.
With reminders like contract dates, Admin users can change the dashboard to view it as someone else so they can follow up on these.

Quick access to Reminders for the Week
Some of our admin staff tend to work with reminders for the coming week - not just today. Would like perhaps to default the reminders per user to a specific period (default = today, with options for this week etc).

Thanks for the feedback.
By default, the reminders will be ‘due today’ which is one week in the future and two weeks behind. You can change the filter but at this stage we are not going to let you change the default.
With having a shortcut to reminders, this is why we have the reminder step through. This way you can go to the records that are linked the reminders complete, and then move onto the next. This is to save you looking at your reminder, opening the record, completing what you need to do, then go back to the dashboard.

Social Media
We want our newsletters/templates to have the option for people to ‘like’ / ‘share’ in regards to social media. Facebook/Twitter icons to appear at the bottom of all listings/and newsletters

Click email address to open default mail client
Please make it so that when I click an email address on a contact record my default mail client opens (in a new window). In my case, that's G Suite (Gmail) but it would also work for outlook.
Until then, If I want to send an email outside of REX, I have to click the email address, select it, copy it, go back to gmail, click new email, then paste it.
5 votesDoing this means you will lose valuable insights into previous contact with your vendors and buyers. We don't believe this would lead to the best experience using Rex CRM.

i am just looking for a way to send our vendors an email incorporating links to view their property on all of the sites advertised.
Once a property is uploaded you have the option to email your vendor all of the direct links that it appears on.

Thanks for the feedback.
This would be great but unfortunately, there is no way for us to gather the information about where the listings are located as such.
We have to manually find them much the same way you do, so Rex would not be able to perform this on your behalf.
Some portals do send us an email back with a link to where it located – Domain for example – but most do not provide the location of the listing.
Hopefully, this is something that they can provide us with in the near future, as would make it a lot easier to find the listings.

Ability to add external Selling Agents
We have external Sales Consultants who are non Rex users and the ability to add these names as the Selling Agents would be great.

Messages to be sinked from your phone automatically
When you send a message to your contact via the pocket app, once your contact replies it should automatically upload into you pocket app or your data

Add the ability to specify the enquiry source
It would be great if we were able to specify the inquiry source for Internet (Portal) since there are a number of portals that we subscribe to. Most of our inquiries come from our listings on those portals (realestate.com.au, realcommercial.com.au businessforsale etc..) and it would be really helpful to know which of these portals is worth the monthly subscription. The one option for enquiry source Internet (Portal) does not give us visibility on wich portal is the most efficient.

Thanks for taking time to get in touch. You actually have the ability to do this already. What you’ll need to do is set up additional Enquiry Sources from “Admin > Custom Values & Mailing lists”.

Ability to automatically push listings to social media platforms
It would be great to be able to push new listings to the main social medial platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instragram) as part of the portal push functionality. Additionally, the ability to push price changes would be cool

Multi category match
In our area buyers often request a variety of criteria options (eg 2 - 50 acres with OR without a house) which means that properties from residential, land or rural categories may meet their requirements. At present a match profile can only be made with one property type meaning that an agent may have to send multiple emails to a buyer. Is it possible to allow other property types to be added in to the match profile, to cover all categories required, so that only one email needs to be sent and received?

Unfortunately due to technical restrictions resulting from the fact that different listing categories (and therefore match categories) support different attributes, we can’t offer a mix in the same profile. The best work around would be to create multiple profiles (one for each category)

Default year
Can we please have default year 2017 not 2016 when we adding reminders or events.

Hi all, match alerts are a feature designed to keep active purchasers informed about new stock and price movements in stock they are interested in on a continued basis.
Newsletters are there to inform them about less time sensitive information. Unfortunately, at this stage, moving these kinds of details to match alerts is not something we’ll be looking at.

multiple invoices
Would be nice to have the ability to have different invoice templates to choose from. As a company we might have 2 different accounts in which we want to invoice from and at the moment we can only put in one lot of account details.

Manage Subscriptions
When managing subscriptions, the first choice at the top of the list given should not be to be taken off all newsletters but to choose which one they want to be unsubscribed for so please swap these 2 choices. The contact will then have to click the button to unsubscribe from all newsletters instead of having it as the default choice.
4 votesWe did have it in that order at one point but got too many complains from contacts (sometimes directly to our support team) that they weren’t being unsubscribed (because they just clicked the unsubscribe option without reading anything). This would lead to contacts marking emails received as spam (increasing the chance that emails you sent to other contacts in future would land in their junk mail rather than their inbox).

Reminder email sent when listing is due to expire
It would be ideal if a reminder email could be automatically sent from REX to the listing agent 5 days out from the listing's expiry date to prompt them to have the agency extended or renewed before the current agreement expires.

Agents should be checking their Rex dashboards on a daily basis to keep up to date with expiring authorities etc. Due to this, we’re not currently looking to include what you described in the system. Ability to copy match profile details from one related contact to another
It would be great to have a way of copying the match profile info from one contact to another. For example, I've just added John Smith and put in all match profile info like suburbs, bedrooms, bathrooms etc. Now I put in his wife, Joan Smith and want to copy all match profile info to her without having to go through and select it all again.

Only each rep can see agenda and Upcoming for that rep.
Hi There
is it true that everyone can see each others agenda and Upcoming events?
If so why is this?
When I press the rex tab on the top right it brings up other reps appointments and everyone's daily tass etc.
How do we make it so only each rep will see their own info???
