Messages to be sinked from your phone automatically
When you send a message to your contact via the pocket app, once your contact replies it should automatically upload into you pocket app or your data

Pricing listed properties - using a band
Good afternoon,
I am a new user of this system, and while I am loving it, I am finding one feature quite frustrating - properties are defined as a set price instead of a band. We all know that there are several prices for a property when it goes on the market – the rateable value, the asking price, the seller’s price, the buyer's price and the sold price. We can almost guarantee that there won’t be an exact cross match.

The primary reasons we’ve gone this way is for two reasons:
1. Data Compatibility: One of our main concerns is data transfer to third party services and websites – the majority of these sites (with exceptions for commercial property categories) support only a single discrete search price. If we supported a range we would be having to make a best guess for the user which we have found is often not desirable from the user’s perspective (we used to run a “price range” style input in a previous iteration of the product).
2. Simplicity: We’ve found that it’s somewhat difficult for user’s to grasp the intersection of two ranges (and more so when user’s only input a single value into those ranges).
We’d say the portals have gone with this strategy (single price for property, price bracket when searching) for the same reasons as…

Add Advertise As Price as an option for sorting stocklists and listings
Currently there is only match as price that you can sort stocklists and listings by.
It makes more sense to have the advertise as price as the sorting option.

Because the advertise as field is a text field, you can not sort by advertise as.
It wouldn’t know how to sort a listing which had advertise as price set to ‘Auction’ for example.

Log Call note or feedback from "Incoming" call on mobile device i.e. if a recognised rex call comes in (not through app)
Have the ability to log a call with note or feedback from "Incoming" call on mobile device if that number is recognised by Rex database (the same way as if you were doing outbound calls from Pocket)
OR if it automatically pushed you to Pocket after the call to log the detail.11 votesThanks for the great suggestion – we definitely agree that a feature like this would be fantastic. Unfortunately however this is not technically possible, due to iOS & Android restrictions.

More Video Link Capacity
Can we please have the capacity to put in more than one video link for each property please?! We often have more than one video and would be nice not to have to put links in the advert wording and instead have them all uploaded and showing like a proper video link.
3 votesThe video links are modelled based on the allowances that the portals make for videos – unfortunately based on their definitions, each listing can only have one video.
Until that changes we don’t have a meaningful way to send multiple links which is why we currently don’t support them.

Pocket Kiosk - Falling Short
Hi guys,
I’ve tried pocket kiosk, and it’s a good step, but is missing some crucial features that are offered by the likes of Homepass. Specifically, the ability to send documents directly to buyers via the app, add notes, and mark people’s interest levels. If these things were added, I’d have no hesitation in switching across to Pocket Kiosk.
1 vote@Nic – The kiosk is designed specifically for self registration by users.
Give the normal pocket app a try on the ipad – the new open home flows make it just as easy to register attendees as the kiosk does but the app also gives you the benefit of the rest of the features you’re asking about (adding notes, interest levels, sending documents etc).

Registering Calls through POCKET
Would be ideal that when a call comes in Pocket already recognises this. and the call itself was noted in the clients stream in REX. Incoming call received or outgoing call. At the end of the call also would be ideal if you could enter a note on what the call was about then just press save and it will attach tonthat client.
moving on from this would to recognise communication / emails sent to this client through gmail or outlook also and automatically add to the clients stream.
10 votesWe’d love to be able to implement this but unfortunately iOS puts a restriction on us being able to do anything beyond identify the call – our app doesn’t even get notified a call is happening for security and privacy reasons – behind the scenes we populate an iOS database and it uses that to identify the incoming call without ever notifying our app a call happened.
Regarding your suggestion on emails, setup autoforwarding of emails to your personal email Dropbox address.
If anything changes on this front, we will definitely revisit but at this stage there’s nothing we can do.

multiple invoices
Would be nice to have the ability to have different invoice templates to choose from. As a company we might have 2 different accounts in which we want to invoice from and at the moment we can only put in one lot of account details.

Implement the option to add listing documents to a 'match profile' email
Implement the option to add listing documents to a 'match profile' email. That way, we won't have to send a second email containing the listing documents, which is a bit of a lack of efficiency.
The current match profile email settings do not allow this. Once the properties are flagged and we're ready to send the list off, there is only the option to edit the message but no option to attach relevant documents.
3 votesIf you mark a document as public it will appear on the ebrochure that the match profiles link to.

Rex - tags to limit communication with professional contacts
REX - Can there be a legal tag that stops the names and details its attached to from being sent in a bulk email? So the contact tagged does not link to external sites (eg ActivePipe). This would mean we are not spamming the people that we have limited but professional contact with.

Re active pipe, you’ll need to contact Active Pipe. I believe there is some tag that they respect to this effect.
Re Rex – users shouldn’t be included in bulk emails (i.e. newsletters) unless they’re on mailing lists.
If you want them opted out of all correspondence, use the Do not contact flag.

Brochure - Add a Landscape version
Brochure - add a Landscape option. Our Agency currently has A3 Landscape window cards for new listings.

Default year
Can we please have default year 2017 not 2016 when we adding reminders or events.

Time specific reminders with alerts.
It would be a great feature to be able to add a time specific reminder to actions and have an alert at that time. I've missed a few call backs as they have said call back in an hour etc and I've become caught up with other work. this would help greatly

Manage Subscriptions
When managing subscriptions, the first choice at the top of the list given should not be to be taken off all newsletters but to choose which one they want to be unsubscribed for so please swap these 2 choices. The contact will then have to click the button to unsubscribe from all newsletters instead of having it as the default choice.
4 votesWe did have it in that order at one point but got too many complains from contacts (sometimes directly to our support team) that they weren’t being unsubscribed (because they just clicked the unsubscribe option without reading anything). This would lead to contacts marking emails received as spam (increasing the chance that emails you sent to other contacts in future would land in their junk mail rather than their inbox).

emails
Currently if you email a street and a vendor owns multiple properties on the street they get an email per house. As I don't want to harass and bombard my clients with multiple emails on the same topic it would make sense that you can email vendors on the street as an option to stop this happening

What you should be doing, is opening the list of related contacts attached to the properties, then sending them the letter/email. This way they will only show up once, and only receive one letter/email.

Have the option to show property as Under Contract or not when it is accepted
Currently the accepted status shows the property as Under COntract on websites - The option is very much needed to display Under Contract or not to display. It is very detrimental to sellers if the contract is conditional

VPA Notes - Multiple Lines
I see you updated and added Notes, which is great. Any chance the notes can be available to write multiple lines. If you type in notes and hit enter, it seems like it's dropped to the next line, but when you click done it just continues to add to the same line.
For example this is what we would like to see.

3/2/17 - Next Note AddedAt the moment, it displays all on one line like below..

Different tabs in properties for sale
Could we please have new tabs or drop down options that will show the following in separate sections under properties for sale.
- Available listings
- Under contract listings
- Unconditional/Sold listingsI know you can already 'filter' under contract but that just brings up under contract listings. It's an absolute nightmare to print out a current stocklist... You have to manually go through and try and remember what is under contract and what isn't

Worksheet not working for deductions -
Worksheet not working for deductions - Deductions in the Commission Worksheet – Deductions types should be switched around. Currently if there is a marketing fee (2b) and a referral/conjunction fee (2a) they have to be entered under the incorrect header as the marketing fee is a commission reduction that is applicable to the referral/conjunction fee.
2 votesIn most situations I can’t imagine an agency would agree to accept 30% of the total commission after you had removed a marketing fee?
If you do have this situation you may need to simply enter a specific dollar figure to compensate.
