Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Better OFI Feedback Capabilities
It would be a great idea if we could have ‘parent’ OFI inspections where you have an ‘OFI' which was conducted on a certain day at a certain time and then you could add OFI attendees with separate feedback under the parent OFI.

Legal name field in on a contact record
When you enter a contact i think having a spot for a legal name section would be beneficial we have a lot of contacts who's legal name is complete different to the name they want to be addressed by

That’s right, you can now include a middle name, a legal name, a salutation and the addressee to a contact record. Rex will use the right one when sending emails, newsletters, filling out contracts, etc.
These new fields can be accessed per usual from the contact’s name settings, and when editing existing contacts.

Bulk SMS via Pocket to ALL attendees for ALL previously held OFI's
Ability to send a bulk SMS through Rex Pocket to all of my recorded contacts that have attended every open home/private for a given property (I.e. all attendees that are recorded under a given property as inspecting). This is currently only possible through the Rex web application but not through your mobile/tablet application.

Feedback to Vendors post OFI's:
Hi REX,
It is difficult to add feedback to the vendor reports when making post OFI callbacks.
When we make calls to buyers who have been through our Open Inspections they give valuable feedback that the vendors should be able to view....
When we make calls to buyers who appear in the property feedback section we can add a note to the 'buyers profile' however this note doesn't appear as feedback when we generate a vendor report...
Suggestion: Add a feedback box similar to the note box that appears in the speech bubble when you click on a buyer who…

As mentioned previously in the comments below the initial suggestion is actually available and has been for a few months – when you click on a contact, the popout includes a feedback option (letting you add feedback for a contact without leaving whatever screen you’re on).
You can also add feedback by clicking the main plus button (next to the search bar at the top of the screen) and selecting feedback.
We’ve had another suggestion submitted to us, which we think might interest you and solve the issues you have mentioned below.
Because the initial suggestion has been solved we are going to complete this suggestion, however please feel free to vote and comment on this new suggestion via the link below if you think this might help you further.

Printable leads list
The leads list (list of incoming leads) screen should be able to be exported for printing. Phone numbers and names of contacts should be included, as well as which property they enquired on, as well as the agent it was assigned to. Urgent please.
58 votesThis is possible with the advent of custom reporting. You can view a list of leads with a combined view of the listing/property enquired on, as well as seeing the contact details of who submitted the lead. This list is exportable as a CSV or Excel file so it can be manipulated and printed as you desire.

Recurring Reminders
Would be great if you could setup a recurring reminder, either when setting up new Tracks or just adding a reminder to a contact/listing. Eg a reminder to give a potential seller a call on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis for a specified number of times, or to end on a certain date. Essentially the same functionality as iCal on Mac.
At the moment I believe you have to manually enter every reminder individually.

Being able to sort contacts by surname instead of the first name or initial.
Because it the logical way to sort contacts by name!

Thanks for all the feedback on this one – we’ve now added the ability to sort by the surname. What you need to do is:
1. Go to Contacts Module
2. In the far right, click on the drop-down button to reveal the sort options (this is to the right of ‘Last Modified’)
3. Tick the option for ‘Last Name’You should now have a new column for the last name.

Sales Person Ledger
A Sales Persons Ledger - one were we can keep track of commissions payable to them at settlement and payments made to them. Similar to the VPA Ledger? Previously when I settled properties in E2 a sales persons commission would automatically be applied to their ledger then I could record when they had been paid for these and other expenses related to them could be applied

QR codes for open homes and collecting buyer details.
It would be a great idea to integrate with QR codes for our listings, so we can have a code printed largely on entrance, the buyers can scan and enter their details and it feeds into the open home feedback for that listing.

Highlight contact records owned by you when searching
Highlight/Identify contact records owned by you when completing a contact search.
This is more for admins who can see multiple/duplicate contact records which have different owners (i.e. in closed office).
I often struggle to identify which contact records are my own vs someone else's.
I don't necessarily want to hide other peoples contacts from search, as I do use these from time to time (i.e in relation to a contract), i just want to easily identify which contact records belong to me when searching

Open Homes In Pocket need to become more simple
When using Pocket at an OFI it is very difficult to multi-task between signing people in, sending contracts, adding buyers notes and editing/adding emails etc. Having used other open home apps such as Homepass, I know the process can be much simpler.
I believe it was just dumbed down to quickly check buyers in, send contracts and add notes it would work much better. Then if agents want to do the more technical stuff they can use the contacts section f pocket.

Sort feedback, open times & notes by date on the vendor report instead of the order they were entered
When entering notes about a property or feedback from opens, they do not appear sorted by date.
So if you do not enter feedback in chronological order, it continues to appear all mixed up.
This effects the Vendor Report etc.
Same thing happens with open times. If you enter a few Thursday opens and then a few Saturday opens, they do not sort in the back end of Rex by date – only sort by date on the website.Ideally they should be able to be sorted/viewed in date order.

Projects Stock Mode - Sort Columns Alphabetically
The ability to sort the columns in Stock Mode for Projects is necessary.
Instead of having the stages arranged by ID, it'd be good to be able to arrange them alphabetically/numerically by the second column (name).

Attachments on email merges to appear at top of email
At the moment, attachments on email merges appear at the very bottom of the email and are not easy to see (we've had numerous clients respond asking where the attachment is). This needs to be made more obvious or should appear under the subject line as per regular emails.

Report for all open IBD Trust accounts
Need a report which has all open IBD account balances on it.
It would be great to include (but not limited to) these fields on the report:
Date Opened
Reference ID Number
Property Address
Amount held36 votesYou can now generate the Trial Balances and Full Ledger Summary reports (located in Admin > Reports > Trust General) in the context of your IBD accounts.
To do so, go to generate the report as you normally would and from the trust account dropdown select “IBD Accounts”.

Option to easily add or remove banking details to invoices without having to go through Agency Settings & Branding to add the details
It'd be great if there was just a simple 'Add Banking Details' button when creating an invoice, or a drop down menu where you can choose between a Sales Trust Account or a General Account. If that was the case, there would need to be a section in Agency Settings & Details to add two separate bank accounts, instead of just one.

Change task date in Rex Reminder screen
When in the Rex reminder list screen, it would be great if there was also an option to 'change date' of a task while in this screen. So if a task comes up in your calendar but it's not quite due yet, if there was an option in the screen to change the date to push the reminder back a few days. Saves going into each record to push back reminders.
