Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. VENDOR REPORT - Allow removal of the 'Stats' page

    Our agents would like to be able to cut out the vast majority of the content in the Vendor Report. Our agents are more suited to the previous report where there is only the Vendor Feedback for that particular property as we do not hold 'Open Homes' etc.

  2. Sold banner to appear on the stocklist

    If you print a stocklist of sold properties to be attached to listing presentations, the banner says Under Contract, although the property is clearly showing in Rex that it is Sold. How else can Sold properties be showcased currently?

  3. Vendor report - price graph for buyer feedback

    When entering buyer or rental feedback for a listing, to have a separate section for their price opinion, which then displays in the vendor report in graph format.

  4. Allow Agent Photo to appear on Brochures

    Agent photos are standard in the contact agent information for properties that are uploaded to portals, websites and brochures/windowcards.

  5. Match Profiles - to be able to be more specific on land size clients are looking for and what they are emailed when ppty matched

    some clients may be looking for specific size blocks or rural land and dont want to be emailed properties that aren't specific to their needs and wants. if you could add a range of land size on their requirements so only pptys that fall into this criteria is sent to them.

  6. Attaching documents to properties

    Would like the ability to attach documents to a property before it becomes a listing so when you enter a property as an appraisal, you could attach the appraisal form.

  7. Being able to sort contacts by surname instead of the first name or initial.

    Hi guys,

    Thanks for all the feedback on this one – we’ve now added the ability to sort by the surname. What you need to do is:

    1. Go to Contacts Module
    2. In the far right, click on the drop-down button to reveal the sort options (this is to the right of ‘Last Modified’)
    3. Tick the option for ‘Last Name’

    You should now have a new column for the last name.

    Please contact support if you’re unsure.

  9. Re-introduction of 'Under Contract' Banner on property photo

    This will enable faster processing of incoming phone calls. Without the banner it is necessary to go into the legal tab and establish if a contract has been signed on a listing.

  10. Merge a contact so we don't end up with duplicates

    On the old system you could merge a contact with a duplicate or if a couple was in there separately we could add them as 1. This needs to be a feature!

    Stocksheet covers are optionally available when generating your stocklist and larger font sizes are available with the “Optimize for A5 brochures” option.

    Tom – you might want to log your request as a seperate suggestion (there aren’t currently any plans to allow full customization).

  13. OFI lists - open home end times

    The OFI lists currently only display the start time for the open, it would be best if the end time could also be displayed.

  14. Vendor Feedback - hide names

    It would be good if we could hide the names of the potential buyers who have provided feedback on the property as this is a privacy issue for the people inspecting, and also vendors can possibly contact these people and sell directly with them, or they could also pass on the names to other agencies the property might be listed with.

    We’re happy to let you know this functionality is now available.

    When generating the vendor report you’ll see an option of “Contact Name Format” – you can now include either the first name only or the full names of the people that visited the property.

  15. Attachment documents to emails

    We all send CMA's and other documents to potential and existing customers. It would be great if we could send a document like a CMA to the owner of the property from REX. IT is all part of the communication process the property owners.

    This week saw the release of a new “enquiry” entry type for feedback entries.

    This is available in the stepthrough, dashboard, main streams and of course for addition via the plus button at the top and the feedback sections on the listing / contact screen.

    A new page has also been added to the Vendor feedback report to match the new feedback type.

  18. Filtering Listings

    We need to be able to filter listings by Authority Type. IE: So an agent can see only their exclusive listings if they need to. Or allow the column to be added to the listings display, so you can at least "order-by" that field.

  20. Registration Form

    I would like a simple buyers registration form.
    At the moment I have paper registration forms that I use at open homes and on the window of our office.
    I do not like the idea of having to double handle the buyers information. I would like to have a simple registration form that I can pull up on my iPad, hand my iPad to the new client/buyer and have them entire their own details.

    This document should say "registration form" at the top.
    It should automatically log the date and time the contact/client is added.
