An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Brooke, you can add and edit stages with the "Edit Stages" button if you have been granted the privileges to do so. This will allow you to create another column to represent this other state.

An error occurred while saving the comment Regarding "Selecting multiple records" — this is currently possible by holding the shift key while selecting records in a list view (your "my contacts" list for example).

Hi all,
We’re looking into adding support for custom fonts for brochures and letters – we can package these fonts into the PDF’s if you have a valid font license to allow for that.
Emails aren’t going to work as they require the font to be installed on the recipients machine to render correctly.
An error occurred while saving the comment While a large number of computers may have Calibri installed, it isn't a system font unfortunately. This means when a contact get's your email, it won't display correctly.

Hi Heinrich,
Our developers thought very highly of your suggestion. It hasn’t been approved just yet (as the developers are still brainstorming possible ways that it could be implemented into the system) but we’re hopeful it will become a future Rex feature at some point down the road.
Thanks again for your great idea, and taking an active interest in the development of Rex.

Hi all,
Thanks for the suggestion – we’re not entirely sure what you mean by creating a “Sold” list of properties however.
Are you exporting or producing some other kind of report? If you could provide some clarification both for us and for other users who might want to vote on this feature, that would be great.

Thanks for taking the time to log this. We’ve reviewed your suggestion and the associated comments and we’re a bit confused. It could be that your suggestion is asking for a few different things, or something is just going over our heads, we’re unsure.
Would you mind providing some more examples or some screenshots of what you mean to clarify for us and any other users that might be interested in this feature?

Hi all,
This default is in place to deal with scenario’s where members of admin staff, pa’s and other staff members are scheduling reminders on behalf of record owners. It also helps to ensure that when record’s change ownership, so to does the responsibility of executing on the tasks themselves.
Happy to hear thoughts on how you think us updating the default to run off “yourself” would reconcile with the existing use cases and / or any alternative way’s of dealing with this you might have in mind.

Can you let everyone know what you mean by 'rate of the commission'? This will help other users understand your suggestion better and hopefully vote for it.
Hey Alicia, thank you for the feedback. This is something we are actively working on at the moment that we are looking to launch in Q4 2024.
We will test it in a small Beta prior to launching it to all customers, would you be interested in being involved?
