Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Zoom feature for Calendar interface

    I would like the ability to set a zoom level for the Calendar interface, which could be set to Work Hours (as entered in Profile Settings), as well as simple staggered zooms eg. 25%, 50% etc.

    When viewing currently, 15min appointments overlap obscuring text, and I don't need to see from 3am - 11pm in Calendar.

    Thank you for your suggestion. We are delighted to let you know that we have fixed the overlapping issue. See the screenshot attached for what it looks like now. We have not addressed the zoom level of the calendar however.

  2. The ability to include the EPC on brochures automatically

    Add a merge filed to pull the EPC data from the listing into a brochure template.

    Thank you for your suggestion. We are delighted to let you know that we have implemented this functionality into Rex.

    You can access this EPC data as an image through our brochure builder. Select Listing Images > Scroll down until you see EPC where you can add it to your page.

  3. Deleting expired Open Homes

    Is there any way you could streamline the Open Homes section of your software so that we can delete multiple expired Open Homes at once?

    Currently, we have to select them all individually to delete them which is quite time-consuming.

    Alternatively, having them self-delete after say 2 weeks would also work.

  4. Address line visible from Contacts view

    In order to make relevant calls to relevant contacts, the address fields should be visible from the contact view in Rex desktop.
    This would allow prospecting, tagging, adding reminders, etc based on address.
    Whilst Related Properties is a function in Rex, a large imported database needs time to add these, and the use of this field would aid the data entry process as well.

  5. When filing an email to a contact, it would be great to attach it to a property too.

    I forward my emails to emaildrop and then file them against the contact. Some of this information is important for a property and would be good to be able to file against a specific property too. Some contacts have more than one property and we could then file the email to the relevant property. Ideally, when you "file against contact" and the search box come sup, it would be beneficial to have "file against property" too so important info re: a property can be logged and filed to the property.

  6. Attaching templates to tracks

    With this feature you will be able to attach a letter directly to an activity reminder item allowing you to merge the letter etc directly from the dashboard when completing an activity.

    This will give you the option to change the order that properties appear on your stocklists as well as choose which properties you want to see on the list.

    Stocklists can be ordered when they are generated from the reporting center. You’ll see an “order by” option when generating the report – you can even order by multiple fields!! :)

  9. Sold banner to appear on the stocklist

    If you print a stocklist of sold properties to be attached to listing presentations, the banner says Under Contract, although the property is clearly showing in Rex that it is Sold. How else can Sold properties be showcased currently?

  10. Simplify wording in filters

    Can we please simplify the wording when you choose to filter searches with advanced criteria? Same when building a letter template and you are trying to select the merge tags. I have never read anything more complicated in my life. I have agents in my office trying to do buyer match(s) and the wording just makes life complicated. 'Is any of' 'is none of' surely there is an easier, clearer way...

    While it can be a little daunting at first, once you have performed a few filters, it does make sense.

    Contact our friendly support team should you require help the first few times completing different filters.

  11. When correspondence is sent from the listing it doesn't show on contact, this needs to be shown on contact record.

  12. Other Agent Boards- Adding a price

    When adding Other Agent Boards (OAB's) being able to add a "price range" or "text" as at the moment you can only add a singular figure.

    You’ll need to hold down command (mac) / control (windows) before clicking the “view” button to open the record in a new window.

  14. Convenient forward & back arrows at bottom of each page.

    Add "next 20" forward & back arrows at the bottom RHS of each contact/property list page to duplicate the buttons at the top RHS of each page so that we don't have to scroll up each time to access the next or previous 20 list of items.

  15. Reintroduction of agent 'position' in their profile.

    This will allow merge letters to show agent's position and not having to manually add this to each and every letter produced.

    Hi Everyone,

    Agents can change their position title by following these steps:
    > Hi their name (in the top right hand corner)
    > Profile
    > Type their position into the ‘Position’ text box

    You then have the ability to add their position to merges by selecting the merge letter/email etc you wish to edit and selecting:
    > Insert merge tag
    > Contact (Record Owner) from the drop down
    > Contact record owner [Position]

  16. Generate stock lists with advanced filters

    Allow the option to generate stock lists with a filter by tags, amount of bedrooms, price etc.

  17. filter contacts by typing in a certain price range and selecting a certain time frame

    Like the old REX it is a good way of getting clients who were added in a certain time frame (eg from Jan 21 - May 21) and you can put in a specific price range for clients instead of the 'mailing list' ranges as most of the time we do not add the 'mailing list' to the client when we enter them in.
    I found this a lot easier to use when the agents wanted to do a normal email to all the clients who were looking for a property between 650k-850k for example.

    This is something you can do in Rex.

    You just need to perform a filter on your contacts, select the ones you wish to send to, then send the mail merge.

  18. When making price changes they don't appear on the dashboard or in the drop down box for price changes

    It was good to have my current listings displayed on the top right hand side of dashboard at all times

    If you would like a price change to show up on the dashboard you must select ‘Trigger Price Reduction Workflow’ on the listing record when changing the price.

    Please contact our support team should you require further clarification on this.

  19. buyer match

    Problem with Buyer Match: if you put that a buyer has a criteria of one garage a match excludes a property that does not have a garage but does have a carport. There is no criteria for carport in the match profile. I think that the match should combine a listings garage and/or carports. The only way to get around this is to not put anything down in this criteria when filling out the buyer requirements.

  20. Contact Report for Newsletter subscribers that clicked a particular property or link

    The subscriber activity currently provides information on which links were clicked on, who clicked on the most links, but cannot provide the one thing I would most like to know which Contacts were interested in a particular Property or link to follow up. I would also like the link when it a property to display the property instead of just a link to the listing_id.
