Some of our admin staff tend to work with reminders for the coming week - not just today. Would like perhaps to default the reminders per user to a specific period (default = today, with options for this week etc).6 votes

By default, the reminders will be ‘due today’ which is one week in the future and two weeks behind. You can change the filter but at this stage we are not going to let you change the default.
With having a shortcut to reminders, this is why we have the reminder step through. This way you can go to the records that are linked the reminders complete, and then move onto the next. This is to save you looking at your reminder, opening the record, completing what you need to do, then go back to the dashboard.

The ability to push realestate.com.au property activity report information (views, engagement, save & share, enquiries) back into REX and integrate into the REX vendor report.
At the moment, I'm having to present multiple reports to my vendors and this would enable one single, integrated report.6 votes
Unfortunately realestate.com.au don’t expose this information. If you want it back in Rex you’ll need to contact realestate.com.au and request that they allow us to access that information.
When we go into our reminders that are due it would be much better if they displayed everything that is overdue no matter what date it was due that way we are not loosing track of what tasks have not been completed and dont have to change the way the tasks are displayed everytime we view them26 votes
Thanks for the feedback! Whilst we appreciate your suggestion we will not be implementing the ability to automatically view all overdue reminders.

We have the default set this way so that your reminders stay clutter fre, this way you can stay up to date with your upcoming tasks rather than drowning in in overdue tasks.
would like the ability to keep a whole property description together on the full advert listing stock list - so the text doesn't span over two pages - half on one page and half on the next page3 votes

We have since removed this stock list as there is no way to control how it spaces the full advert stock list.
Try using the ‘Short Ad’ in the marketing section to create smaller ads for the stock list.
i am just looking for a way to send our vendors an email incorporating links to view their property on all of the sites advertised.
Once a property is uploaded you have the option to email your vendor all of the direct links that it appears on.5 votes

This would be great but unfortunately, there is no way for us to gather the information about where the listings are located as such.
We have to manually find them much the same way you do, so Rex would not be able to perform this on your behalf.
Some portals do send us an email back with a link to where it located – Domain for example – but most do not provide the location of the listing.
Hopefully, this is something that they can provide us with in the near future, as would make it a lot easier to find the listings.
It would be great to be able to push new listings to the main social medial platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instragram) as part of the portal push functionality. Additionally, the ability to push price changes would be cool4 votes
I understand the only way to do the property matching with a contact is to go into each contact that the match profile has been set up and automatically match. Is there a way that each time a new listing for the agency is published that it will do an automatic match to contacts and display on dashboard. This is a prompt to let our contact know straight away.2 votes

When entering buyer appointments via Reminders, appointment etc. it would be convenient for the listing to be selected and attached to the appointment and therefore register automatically on the vendor report to tally the amount of inspections.3 votes

This is partly do-able in Rex.
You can have a contact and a listing attached to a reminder. This can either be done from the listing record, or by adding in the reminder from the Plus symbol next to the search bar and choosing ‘listing’ as the type.
In order for it to appear on the Vendor Report, you must add it to the Feedback section.

When a validation error is displayed on the right hand side of a listing just about to go online, it would be a good when the error is displayed to hyperlink to the part in the listing that needs updating instead of just showing the error.0 votes

This would be great to show, but unfortunately we aren’t provided with a lot of info on what the issue is from the portals. Also when the Portal accepts the listing, then declines – so it shows okay in Rex – all the portals send different emails with different reasons as to why it did not go through.
This is something that we would love improve on in the future, but at this stage it isn’t something we can do based on the information we are provided by the portals.
We want our newsletters/templates to have the option for people to ‘like’ / ‘share’ in regards to social media. Facebook/Twitter icons to appear at the bottom of all listings/and newsletters5 votes
It would be ideal to have 2.5 or 1.5 (half option) for bedrooms and bathrooms as big homes have powder rooms etc.0 votes
Unfortunately this isn’t something that’s supported by any of the portals – they all expect whole numbered bath rooms. If powder rooms and similar unsupported features are important for you from an internal marketing standpoint (or for your own website), you might want to add these as custom features via the Admin > Custom Values and Mailing Lists > Property Features section.
Can you please have under the "More" tab in rental listings the option for "Application Pending" to send to the portals.3 votes
We are unfortunately unable to add custom fields for sending to the portals.
I suggest maybe contacting the portals directly to discuss additional options with them.
When adding a new prospective buyer it would be good if you can tag properties they have viewed or inquired on i.e at the moment you can only tagged properties with tenant, past tenant, owner, past owner.
this way we can keep track of what they viewed and what interests them.1 vote
This is the purpose of feedback entries. A new feedback type has also been released this week to represent an “enquiry” on a property without any inspection.
There needs to be a 'Direct Deposit' option when entering a deposit not just cash, cheque or EFTPOS.1 vote
Could you introduce the facility of having check boxes in the property features list so that that multiple features could be added at once rather than having to repeatedly scroll through the list to add each feature one at a time.0 votes

We’ve got a method to make this a little quicker for you. Say you wanted to add ‘Pool’, normally you’d have to scroll towards the bottom to add it. Try typing in ‘Pool’ and it will narrow down the options to choose from. This will save you time scrolling through the options to choose from.

You could either create a mailing list for this and send the mailing list a newsletter from Re. Alternatively you could export your data and have a third party create something to send for you.
When uploading a new listing onto the dashboard, it usually comes up as "new" on it, instead we could have a choice of "new" or "hot offer" or "special price" etc...0 votes
