Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Using @ or just a + button so you can make notes with a Contact involved.

Agent Section In Drop Down Box In Feed Back Type Under Enquiry.
In the feedback tab under the property, to add a feedback, under feed back type if you click on Enquiry there is no section for Agent - is it possible to have Agent in the drop down box? This would be a great idea for all personal assistants who do there sales reps OFI's as when you print off the report it is showing up with my name as I am inputting there feedback for there properties. Should be allowing the sales reps names instead of the person inputting the information.

Breakdown of Stream Entries for Tracking Daily Connects
When adding information to a stream (i.e. SMS, phone call, email) to a contact is there somewhere I can find a daily or weekly breakdown of these entries? So I can track my daily or weekly connects? Thanks x

Automatically load details
When adding feedback it would be handy and quicker if Rex could recognise my login; therefore automatically load my name & as a default today's date (which could be changed if needs be)

Merge Fields request for a Merge Letter to complete Sales Advice Notes
In NSW we send sales advices differently to other states. Can Rex please make Conditions, Chattles and General Notes available for merging? We can then create a Merge Letter to send our sales advices, currently we are using word to create our sales advices as your sales advice document does not have all fields required for NSW properties.

Add new reminder after completing old one.
When you tick off your reminder it enables you to add a note but not a new reminder. Majority of the time (especially for phone calls) you need to be able to quickly add a new reminder. (eg call back in 2 weeks to follow up).
You can either go to the property and add a new reminder before you tick it off or use the + button but then have to select the property again.
It would be a lot quicker and easier to have the option to add a new note or a new reminder after you tick…

ID to be displayed when you hover listing
once a listing is uploaded it would be good to have an id, I use the id a lot when doing marketing etc it will save me from having to make up the id number

Adding individual client name in newsletter/brochures
it will be great if the brochures/newsletter can show each client name individually. i find it is possible in merging emails but not for newsletters and brochures.

Can you make the feedback box bigger than 2 lines?
When you add feeback, the little box where you actually type the feedback in is so small it's a pain when you are adding feedback for multiple contacts that have come through an open home, or just a big chunk of feedback.

Change letter margin measurements from pixels to milimeters/centimeters
It would be great if the letter margin measurements could be measured in millimeters or centimeters as opposed to pixels.

Be able to edit feedback from the client not just the property
It is a nuisance to have to move backward and forward from the property stream, to the client to see the notes on their stream, back to the property, to then be able to edit the feedback with more current notes, etc. It would be great to be able to edit feedback from the clients feedback stream, not just the property.

How about an App for Home Opens - so that you can have your ipad sitting on the table instead of a visitor book, and the information entered
An ipad App for Home Opens - the punters enter their details themselves, including email addresses and approval to be contacted on a regular basis ( we would probably offer a prize to incentivise them ). The App should seamlessly transfer the information into Rex later when you log in.

Filter listings by last sale date
I would be great to filter listings by the sale date. Ideal for anniversaries.

Whilst you can’t filter from the properties screen, you can filter from the ‘sold listings’ screen by sold date. You can then use the ‘go to related function’ to view all purchasers of those listings.

Add Lifestyle to 'Property Type' drop down menu
Under 'Property Type' can you please add 'Lifestyle' to the drop down menu, we use this category frequently in our listings and it is important for our feeds to other portals.

Pocket agenda for filtered contacts
After completing a filter search for contacts, we would like to be able to print a pocket agenda to make calling them easier. Much like you can when you have reminders due. Exporting them into an excel list is very messy.
24 votesThanks for the suggestions – this feature is now available! We’ve improved Pocket Agendas in several ways, and you can now generate a Pocket Agenda from a contact list view.

Show contract/acceptance date on Sales Advice
We can enter the unconditional date and the settlement date, but given most conditions are within a certain time frame from acceptance it would be great to have it on the Sales Advice.

We have now updated the Sales Advise to include special conditions and their due dates (this is at the bottom of the sales advice).
