Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Add Support for auditing changes in privilege sets
It would be great if we had the ability to contact support to get a log of who made what changes against privileges and permissions. This will allow super admin users to view when and what changes were made to a privilege set and / or permission groups.

Buttons should have control, click, open new tab option
Currently many of the buttons do not have the ability to open a new tab. Should have the option to control, click, open new tab option on all buttons and pop outs.

FINANCIALS - VPA Report
We need a report that tells us how much vendor funding has been received per agent. These figures are submitted to head office each month and go towards the yearly awards per office and per agent as to how much VPA was received. Cheers

These figures are submitted automatically for LJH agencies.
That being said, there are two reports available that will give you these details (depending on how you want to review them). Both reports can be found in Admin > Reporting > Activity Reports.
The names of the reports are Stat ($ VPA Received) and Stat ($ VPA Booked). The report list includes a full description of how the amounts are calculated and how the date values you provide are used.

Add the ability to edit reminders from the dashboard
It is frustrating when I need to edit a reminder that I have to open the contact or property record, go to reminders and edit the reminder.
It would be much faster if I could edit my reminders due from the reminders located on the dashboard. Thank you.

sort property by building number first instead of unit number
For example when i do a search, it comes up with 10/101 Station road, and 9/28 Station road is way down the list.

We are pleased to announce that sorting properties by building number instead of unit numbers has now been released.Searching for properties via the search bar has been significantly improved – inconsistent spacing in street addresses should no longer have any impact and properties can now be found using just the street number (even if a lot number is present in the address).

Add sold price as text preset for sold brochures
Automatic price change so that you we can send a brochure to clients of our sold properties that reflects the sold price on them not the advertised price. And use properties that are currently unconditional for this which you cannot currently do.

Commission Working Sheet Modification
To be able to have the ability to change the Commission working sheet to suit different agency structures.
A sheet that reflects exactly what the rep will receive and takes into account superannuation deduction that is included in the commission
A sheet that shows the reps running total, including commission paid and commission due

Add building and pest reminder date in legal tab
In the legal tab along with the deposit and finance date it would be great if there could be a building and pest date so that we are reminded of this condition.

Key register to include all listings until marked settled
At the moment as soon as a property is marked undercontract it disappears off the key register. We need to have them on the register until the property is settled.
12 votesAs part of the new Key Registry release, you can now include sold/withdrawn properties in the key registry report!
There’s also a bunch of other exciting improvements, including the ability to check keys in & out, support for multiple keys, etc.

Add 'Follow Up' to Feedback type
Rather than have to put follow up information under buyer inspection, which prompts having to put in the property address again and date, a lot of information added to vendor reports is simply 'follow up'. In other words, further conversations with a buyer after an inspection.
And by default, follow up should automatically link to the last mentioned property inspected by that buyer and load today's date.10 votesThis feature is now up and running in Rex! Allow Open Time Addresses to be viewed in the Calendar
Would like the Open Time (OFI) in the Calendar to show the address of the property that is opened. Same set up as when you can view Appointments in your Calendar. It will make it easier to view which property you have open for inspection.

FINANCIALS - Commissions by accepted date
The current Commission report is only filtered by either Release dates or Unconditional dates. It would be good to have the option to filter by Accepted dates as our KPIs are driven by this.

Add phone and email without clicking through
It would save a lot of time if we could add a phone and email to the owner from the property screen rather then having to click through to the owner page and then back to the property page which is what I often have to do if i am going through a list of properties.

FINANCIAL - Full ledger summary report
Currently the Full Ledger Summaries report doesn't show ledgers that are no longer active in the month. We would like a report that we can generate at the end of the month that shows all receipts and payments for all ledgers in the month.

The full ledger summaries report shows all ledgers that had a positive balance at the start or end of the selected period even if they had no activity in the period.

Inclusion of distinguishing features next to OFI attendees name when adding their feedback
When adding OFI attendees it is a necessity that the drop down box of existing buyers in our database include more information than just a name. e.g we have 15 people named John Smith in our database, when the drop down box shows 15 existing clients we do not know which one is correct and therefore create another duplicate file. This can be easily avoided by having the contact name, and their mobile number as a distinguishing feature in the drop down box

Due Date for Outstanding Advertising Report
A column which displays the due date for the outstanding advertising would greatly assist in bookings.
For example - a 4-week Newspaper Campaign in outstanding advertising looks like it's all due on the same day when in reality it's across 4 weeks. It would make it a lot simpler to generate the one report to see when they need to be booked rather than opening each VPA tab.1 voteLooks like this one was released some time ago – the due date column is visible on the Advertising / VPA > Due to be booked report.

Video with E-Brochure Automatic alerts
As an agency we do a bit of video, as I'm sure others do too. Would like to option to have video embedded with the ebrochures or a least a link for prospective buyers to click on when they receive manual or automatic buyer alerts.
15 votesAn option to view videos has been available on the new version of the eBrochure since it was released. If you’re still using the old eBrochure, reach out to the support team and they will show you how to change it over.
