Welcome Rex Users!
Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Required Documents should require listing authority
As it is a legal requirement to have a valid listing authority (PO Form 6 in QLD) I don't understand why this is not in the dropdown menu as a selection for the Required Documents
As a matter of urgency, would you please add this to the dropdown menu and require the listing authority to be uploaded to REX prior to Publishing to Portals?

Deleting multiple leads at a time
To be able to select multiple leads (spam or response leads) & delete them as this will make it a lot easier sorting through leads
3 votesThanks for the suggestion. Fortunately, you can currently delete multiple leads at once. From the leads list, select any number of leads, click “Mass Actions” and select “Change Record States”. From there, you can choose to complete them, make them all active or trash them. See screenshot for a demonstration.
We do recognise this is a very unintuitive system. We currently are underway on work to overhaul the leads experience. We will keep you posted on our progress.

Automatic response for enquires that come through from REA & Domain
We would like to be able to set up an automatic email response for enquires that come through from REA/Domain etc.
We would like to send something that tells them about inspecting renting properties due to the volume of enquires that people send through.3 votesHi Bianca
We released this feature about 1 year ago. Simply go to a listing and you can select which auto-response template will be sent out for all incoming enquiries.

Select or Deselect all - add select current page
REX needs an option other than 'select' / 'deselect all' when in a contact group. if an additional option like 'select current page' was added so grouping larger volumes into mailing lists and system tags could be more efficiently executed, instead of heavy filtering and individually clicking records.

Adding attendee notes for open homes
When using Pocket Kiosk App at open homes to register attendees - add an option to add notes to the attendee details, sync this information to contact. Allows the agent to make important notes on the visitor on the run in the same app. Allow an edit feature in the notes.
2 votesWhen checking in attendees at an open home yourself your best option is to use the Open Homes feature in Pocket, rather than using Kiosk. This will let you add a note to an attendee, send listing documents with a single tap, log partner details, etc. Kiosk is designed for attendees to self-check in and so has limited access to your database and no actions available.

Delete a few leads as a mass function
When we receive leads, we also receive messages that is not really leads. We would like to have a feature that can delete those leads at once. Could you please look into it please? Thank you

Allow Mass SMS to have web or video links
How can a CRM not support weblinks in Mass SMS's. Whats the purpose of a CRM if you cannot mass communicate with your clients or buyers via sms with video or ebook links
1 voteThere are no restrictions in Rex CRM on sending links within SMS content. Whether a link appears clickable on a recipients phone is entirely determined by iOS/Android. Phones will factor in message history with the recipient, message content and whether the link has been clicked on before. Rex CRM has no control over whether these links appear clickable or not - it is determined entirely by the recipient's device.

Auto Correction
Auto Capitalisation and sentence Structure
When typing text into just about any area of REX, it would be very helpful if the letter 'i' converted to an upper case 'I' when typed on its own. Likewise, when a full stop is used, the next letter to be typed ought to be automatically converted to upper case, as it appears in Microsoft Word programs. In fact any/all of those Word features would be most helpful. Thanks1 voteThank you for your suggestion. All modern browsers support a spell-check system. All operating systems also support an autocorrect system and even a predictive text system. There are also browser extensions available like Grammarly which can provide more grammatical suggestions and insights. It is therefore unnecessary for Rex to implement this at this point in time.

Format a number value using "K" (Input = 600k, Rex converts to 600,000)
When inputting a numeric value in Rex with the letter "K" on the end of the value, multiply the value by 1,000.
Example:

Simple ‘kiosk mode’ for OFI’s
The option to put extra details into pocket when conducting an OFI is great, but sometimes is cumbersome. If an OFI is busy, it would be great if we could have a kiosk mode where you can just put the bare minimum in similar to what Homepass has.

Match Contacts to Specific Apartment Buildings
In our area, Buyers will often only want to purchase in a specific apartment building.
It would be so helpful to be able to add a match profile to a complex "Eg the Silverpoint building" so we can match buyers and sellers in that regard.0 votesHi Natalie,

Add Default Ad to text pre-set options for Brochures
Could Default Ad Heading and Default Ad Body please be added to the text pre-sets for brochures to increase the choices from where the copy is drawn. We create a variety of different brochures & one with default advertising showing the information displayed on the internet would be very useful.

You’ll need to duplicate one of the existing templates, go into the brochure editor, click on the ad text, delete the current merge code and click “Add” to add a new one. For category select “Listing (Advert) > Long Ad Body” – this will cause the internet add to be used as a priority. For more help with this (if needed) please contact the support team via the Help button in Rex.
