Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Other Agent Boards- Adding a price
When adding Other Agent Boards (OAB's) being able to add a "price range" or "text" as at the moment you can only add a singular figure.

Convenient forward & back arrows at bottom of each page.
Add "next 20" forward & back arrows at the bottom RHS of each contact/property list page to duplicate the buttons at the top RHS of each page so that we don't have to scroll up each time to access the next or previous 20 list of items.

Reintroduction of agent 'position' in their profile.
This will allow merge letters to show agent's position and not having to manually add this to each and every letter produced.

Agents can change their position title by following these steps:
> Hi their name (in the top right hand corner)
> Profile
> Type their position into the ‘Position’ text boxYou then have the ability to add their position to merges by selecting the merge letter/email etc you wish to edit and selecting:
> Insert merge tag
> Contact (Record Owner) from the drop down

Generate stock lists with advanced filters
Allow the option to generate stock lists with a filter by tags, amount of bedrooms, price etc.

filter contacts by typing in a certain price range and selecting a certain time frame
Like the old REX it is a good way of getting clients who were added in a certain time frame (eg from Jan 21 - May 21) and you can put in a specific price range for clients instead of the 'mailing list' ranges as most of the time we do not add the 'mailing list' to the client when we enter them in.
I found this a lot easier to use when the agents wanted to do a normal email to all the clients who were looking for a property between 650k-850k for example.0 votesHi there,
This is something you can do in Rex.
You just need to perform a filter on your contacts, select the ones you wish to send to, then send the mail merge.

When making price changes they don't appear on the dashboard or in the drop down box for price changes
It was good to have my current listings displayed on the top right hand side of dashboard at all times
0 votesIf you would like a price change to show up on the dashboard you must select ‘Trigger Price Reduction Workflow’ on the listing record when changing the price.

buyer match
Problem with Buyer Match: if you put that a buyer has a criteria of one garage a match excludes a property that does not have a garage but does have a carport. There is no criteria for carport in the match profile. I think that the match should combine a listings garage and/or carports. The only way to get around this is to not put anything down in this criteria when filling out the buyer requirements.

Contact Report for Newsletter subscribers that clicked a particular property or link
The subscriber activity currently provides information on which links were clicked on, who clicked on the most links, but cannot provide the one thing I would most like to know which Contacts were interested in a particular Property or link to follow up. I would also like the link when it a property to display the property instead of just a link to the listing_id.

Withdrawing property reason
When withdrawing a property one of the main reasons for withdrawal is "taking off the market and renting it out" I would like to see that added as another option

You actually have the option to withdraw a property with the reason ‘other’ this will then enable you to enter your own reason for the listing withdrawal.

Print detailed stocklist of current listings
Print a detailed stocklist with detailed property information (asking price, beds/bath/car, land size etc) for ease of access when out of the office. If you have say more than 8 listings on the go and a team of agents working under you, it is imperative to have all of this information on hand at all times instead of having to have access to a computer/internet to pull up one file at a time.

We’re happy to say this was added soon after your request https://www.rexsoftware.com/feature-release-public-documents/. The categories available are those currently supported by the portals.
As the article mentions, any documents you mark as public will be made available on ebrochures.

Contact ownership on Pocket
On REX Pocket you cannot see who owns the contact, can there be a field that shows who is the owner of that contact please.

If you own the contact an extra icon appears overlaid on top of the contact record in lists, search results etc.
When viewing a contact record you can check on the permissions and record ownership by clicking on the little person icon in the top right hand corner of the record.
