Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Rex Application for Tablet and Phone Devices
We understand many of you are wanting Rex to be fully mobile/tablet compatible.
Please vote and comment on exactly what feature(s) you would find most useful while on the road. Please keep in mind that in order to provide a nice/ simple mobile experience we will not be able to transfer every single feature of Rex to the phone. As such we'd like a comment from you on what you think the most basic requirement of the application would be.
e.g. "The ability to search across, and easily call any contact in Rex"

Be able to "pin" a note to the top of the stream
We occasionally have a note that we need to be able to be viewed throughout the term of the listing (and not scroll down the stream). This might be a note that the owner is staying in the property for a few days, or holiday bookings which need to be honoured as a condition of the sale (for example). But once it scrolls right down the feed, no one sees it.

Proper ipad application
Would love to see a full ipad application that is fully supported. Really important for home opens and efficiency.

Bulk SMS via Pocket to ALL attendees for ALL previously held OFI's
Ability to send a bulk SMS through Rex Pocket to all of my recorded contacts that have attended every open home/private for a given property (I.e. all attendees that are recorded under a given property as inspecting). This is currently only possible through the Rex web application but not through your mobile/tablet application.
58 votesGood news everyone – this is now available! As part of our recently released Open Homes overhaul, there’s a new menu item, “See All Attendees for Listing”, that lets you conduct followup to all attendees for all events on that listing.

Photo Watermark
Would like the ability to upload photos to web portals with a custom watermark.

Easier searching for contacts and properties.
For example, if you were looking for Peter Mark Smith, you would not have to search the phrase exactly, if you type Mark Smith the search should return the closest matches based on what you typed... this should be similar to spelling mistakes. Searches should return the closest possble matches.

How about an App for Home Opens - so that you can have your ipad sitting on the table instead of a visitor book, and the information entered
An ipad App for Home Opens - the punters enter their details themselves, including email addresses and approval to be contacted on a regular basis ( we would probably offer a prize to incentivise them ). The App should seamlessly transfer the information into Rex later when you log in.

Record time that notes are made
Currently, Rex only records the date you've entered a note, it would be good if a time stamp was also recorded.

Custom fields for external URL's
In custom fields please include a field that allows a link to en external URL (e.g. to council information about the property)

Add ability to search for a key number
The option to have a key number saved in Rex is a great idea, but without the ability to 'search' for a key number it is fairly useless.
Please add the option to search for a key number :)

There’s also a bunch of other exciting improvements, including the ability to check keys in & out, support for multiple keys, and more.

Display the "+" icon on the home page of Pocket
At the moment if we receive a phone call out of the office we need to make multiple clicks before we can create a note/feedback to make a record of the discussion. Having the "+" icon appear on the home page of pocket would enable quicker access.

2FA tracking
With 2FA introduced, it would be great if admins could get an alert if this is turned off by a member of staff. Even if we could access a report of who has it turned on/off that would be useful.
7 votesYou can now see who has MFA enabled from Users & Security by the grey box next to their name. Attached is a screenshot of how this looks. We will introduce the ability to enforce MFA enrolment in the future. Thank you :)

dialling from a mobile out of rex
When in rex on an iphone it would be handy to be able to have the phone recognise the Rex contact's phone number as a phone number and be able to dial directly from there, as opposed to having to copy and paste the number from rex.

Run training seminars 'Dynamic Days', 'WOW Weeks' and 'Mega Months' using Rex software
Do the trainings so that it runs like a day would run in a successful real estate office using Rex. Tips, tricks, shortcuts to getting things done.
As opposed to other real estate apps that have most of their clients using 10% of the software and the other 90% just gets left and never implemented.

rentals rarely use this feature looks unappealing on the stock list when black - would be good if it only appeared on a listing if a figure had been entered in

open contact in another window
When using reminders it would be great if you could click on their name and have the option to bring up their personal stream in a second window (or tab) so that you can see the history but not move out of the reminder window. -i.e. to see both at once.

Pocket Claendar
Rex calendar in the pocket app- so you can see your appointments and client details for that appointment whilst away from the office

Enable scrolling in tags dropdown list
When adding a tag the dropdown list only allows for 10 options, would be great to either have show more or be able to scroll down for more tags
2 votesScrolling was already available (it just may not be visible if you’re on a Mac) – just hover over the area and scroll.
Seperately, as of a few weeks ago, any lists of tags that include more than 10 entries can be filtered via a small “filter” box at the top of the list.

quick ad feature on home screen
Quick Ad/send feature on the Home Screen:
At the moment there is no quick ad button on the home screen that will allow me to shortcut to adding a new contact or appointment. it should be the easiest thing to access so we don't resort to just saving contacts and appointments in other apps on our phone.
