Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. First name default for Vendor Reports

    It would be great if the Vendor Reports were set to default to a First Name only. They currently default to Full Name.

    It's better for privacy if the First Name is set as a default for these.

  2. Report for OAB

    It would be good to see a report focused on OAB's to be able to easily identify:

    1. Market Share and who your competitors are.

    2. OAB's that could be coming out of authority very quickly.

  3. Customised Reports

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can we have the ability to customise reports. The current one size fits all is really inadequate. Thank you.

  4. Vendor report - Price indication graph range too wide.

    Currently when I put together an activity report for my vendors the price range displayed is often between 0 & a million dollars even though most of my feedback will fall within a $100k range. It would be much more useful if the graph range either snapped to the figures entered or you could set a range to display before creating the report so vendors can actually discern where the price feedback is coming in.

  5. STOCKLIST - Public List to include OFI times

    Can you please incorporate the public list to include the OFI times as well?

    Currently, agents have to hand out 2 lists, one which contains all of listings for sale and one which has the OFI times.

    We’re happy to announce this suggestion has been brought to life by our developers and is now live in the system.

    First off, we’ve added space beside each listing for information on an auction, set-sale or tender venue and time, when applicable. You also have the option to include OFI times, to boot.

    There’s the opportunity to include a building or business name, too.

  6. Vendor Report

    When previously doing the vendor reports we entered the feedback from the OFI's on individual contacts, but it took too long. I then contacted you about this, and you recommended this procedure: http://www.rexsoftware.com/feature-release-separate-feedback-for-ofi-attendees/

    This was great however the feedback doesn't come out as nice as doing it individually. See the latest open home feedback on the attached report.

    Is there anything we can do to get the feedback looking like earlier entries in the attached report?

    Hi James,
    Thanks for your suggestion. The developers took note and added some padding to the vendor reports. You’ll notice that theres now a line break between each item of feedback from an open home.
    Thanks again for the suggestion – keep them coming!

  7. VENDOR REPORT - Have a start date option

    Have a start date button when generating vendor reports. Time-consuming to have to check where the last report ran to every time we do them.

    It will save the vendor from keeping multiple reports and quicker for the agents.

    The vendor report now automatically fills in the listing date as the start date, as well as filling the end date to be today's date! We hope this small optimisations makes your experience more delightful :) Thank you for the valuable feedback

    The Cashflow Report has now been completed.
    This can be located in the reporting centre under Commissions called ‘Commission Cash Flow’.
    The report will export to Excel which can then be exported as a PDF if required.

  9. FINANCIALS - VPA Report

    We need a report that tells us how much vendor funding has been received per agent. These figures are submitted to head office each month and go towards the yearly awards per office and per agent as to how much VPA was received. Cheers

    Hi Kylie,

    These figures are submitted automatically for LJH agencies.

    That being said, there are two reports available that will give you these details (depending on how you want to review them). Both reports can be found in Admin > Reporting > Activity Reports.

    The names of the reports are Stat ($ VPA Received) and Stat ($ VPA Booked). The report list includes a full description of how the amounts are calculated and how the date values you provide are used.

  10. Key register to include all listings until marked settled

    At the moment as soon as a property is marked undercontract it disappears off the key register. We need to have them on the register until the property is settled.

  11. FINANCIALS - Commissions by accepted date

    The current Commission report is only filtered by either Release dates or Unconditional dates. It would be good to have the option to filter by Accepted dates as our KPIs are driven by this.

  12. FINANCIAL - Full ledger summary report

    Currently the Full Ledger Summaries report doesn't show ledgers that are no longer active in the month. We would like a report that we can generate at the end of the month that shows all receipts and payments for all ledgers in the month.

  14. Breakdown of Stream Entries for Tracking Daily Connects

    When adding information to a stream (i.e. SMS, phone call, email) to a contact is there somewhere I can find a daily or weekly breakdown of these entries? So I can track my daily or weekly connects? Thanks x

  15. Pocket agenda for filtered contacts

    After completing a filter search for contacts, we would like to be able to print a pocket agenda to make calling them easier. Much like you can when you have reminders due. Exporting them into an excel list is very messy.

  17. Interest level list

    It would be great if we could access the list of people that have been to a property and change the interest level, so when you are doing vendor reports you can check and change the interest levels before doing the report etc.

    This report is currently available via the internal stock list.

    You can run this from: Admin > Reporting > Listing Stock Lists > Internal List

    If you are unsure, just contact our friendly support team.

  19. Select date range "pending settlements" report to appear in date order
