Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Related Contacts against Listings
It would be great to be able to add:
Buyer's settlement agent
Seller's settlement agent
Finance broker
Tenant
Power of Attorney
As related contacts to a listing so that when you are setting reminders or tracks, for example, send copy of contract to Finance broker, you can add them as a related contact. Also just handy to be able to access their details from the main screen rather than having to dip into legal/contract tab or property record to get details.209 votesWe are excited to announce that you can now create custom contact relationship types for listings & properties! This lets you define relationships such as Tenant, Power of Attorney, Finance Broker, and so on.

Open Homes: Change default time of open home to 30 mins
Rex, can you please add the ability to change the default length of open home times. Currently the default length is set to 1 hour (60mins), but our office, and many other offices use 30 minutes as the default open home length. So i propose having the ability to choose between default length of 30mins or 60mins depending on each office's requirements.
This would help save us a lot of time when we are doing 30+ open homes a week.

Now you can set your own default OFI duration in the admin menu, (under advanced settings).

Add field for AUCTION LOCATION ie "On Site" or "At xyz" as not all Auctions are held onsite.
Add an extra box for the In-room Auction location as not all Auctions are held on-site.

Sales Agency Agreement expiry dates
Would love the system to generate an actual expiry date rather than having to manually calculate 90 days each time and for that date to be on reports rather than DTE.

When entering authority details you now have the option of entering a start date and duration or expiry date – if you enter an expiry date the duration will be automatically calculated and vice versa.

Re-introduction of 'Under Contract' Banner on property photo
This will enable faster processing of incoming phone calls. Without the banner it is necessary to go into the legal tab and establish if a contract has been signed on a listing.

Add Lifestyle to 'Property Type' drop down menu
Under 'Property Type' can you please add 'Lifestyle' to the drop down menu, we use this category frequently in our listings and it is important for our feeds to other portals.

My Listings, similar to My Contacts, but only with the listings that have the agent associated with it
Its great to have My Contacts, but many of the agents here would like a quick way to see just their own listings without having to use the filter.
An option called My Listings that would basically filter the listings to show those against the logged in user.

Listing Disclaimer Text
We need the ability to append standard disclaimer text to all listings uploaded to the portals.
Perhaps this could be added to Agency Settings & Branding in the Admin menu?

Events - Reoccurring OFIs
It would be very convenient to post reoccurring OFI times to a listing.
For example, a Sales Office in a new estate - the sales office is open every Saturday and Sunday at the same time every week. Simply insert the details of your OFI as per usual, select a frequency, create the OFIs, then drill down into each individual appointment and customise to your liking.

We need Open for Inspections to provide multiples of 5 minutes (as per old Rex), new Rex only provides for multiples of 15 minutes
We want to start or finish open for inspections at times other than on the quarter hour. We like to do rent OFIs for rentals for 20 minutes and then allow a varying time to get to the next property depending on distance. Now we can only allow 15 or 30 minutes between opens. Old Rex allowed the 15 minute slots. New Rex is making Saturdays for rental open houses very difficult.

Can you please add 'DEADLINE SALE' in the drop-down menu as another Price > Advertise As. In NZ Deadline Sale's are now very popular.
In NZ we sell a lot of properties using the 'Deadline Sale' marketing. The closest method currently available in REX is 'Set Sale' but we've already had purchasers ask us what is a 'Set Sale' as they're all used to seeing Deadline Sale. This would be great to have as another sale method option. Thank you.

Using the ‘Set Sale’ option in Rex will actually go through to Realestate.co.nz as Deadline Treaty and to Trademe as Deadline Private Treaty.
These options are defined by both sites and they won’t actually accept ‘DeadLine Sale’.

Under Contract Status
It would be much better to have the portal feeds update with the "under contract" status when the property goes unconditional rather than when adding the contracts. Its fine to show it in our side of the rex but some contracts fall over and the enquiry stops as soon as they see it goes under contract. If people can only see that it is under contract when it goes unconditonal that would be much better!

Statement Of Information
As a CAV requirement for all VICTORIAN residential properties, i feel that the listing should not be able to be uploaded to any portal until the Statement of Information document is uploaded, saved and made public.

Reverse match on pocket
Have function on app (pocket) to reverse match listings and appraisals to buyers . Very surprised it's not already there, major oversight ?

Add building and pest reminder date in legal tab
In the legal tab along with the deposit and finance date it would be great if there could be a building and pest date so that we are reminded of this condition.

Change map to reflect agency office location when address is hidden
Having a map showing the address of a property when a client has specifically requested that their address remain private subverts the idea of protecting client privacy. Having the option to have the map reflect the agency office instead would protect the privacy of vendors who have requested that their address not be disclosed on the internet.

Thanks for your Feedback.
If you have a marketing override attached to a listing to hide the address, the location will not appear on a map.
In Rex you will see the location, but this is just for your own records and is not revealed elsewhere.

Leased properties should show "leased" not "sold"
In the buildings view, properties that have been leased show "sold". A new flag would be great to differentiate.

Project Marketing Property and Listing Modules
To work the same way as 1 building and multiple tenancies. Can be used for residential subdivisions, etc.
