    Hi Heinrich, thanks for your suggestion.

    Does the land valuation and property valuation normally occur on the same date, or would it make sense to include an extra land valuation date and amount field?

    Hi Rex,

    Thanks for replying. Yes both of these generally occur on the same date. It would be great if you could include an extra field where the current valuation is on the more info tab on a listing, to include land value.

    Currently we have this information under extra features in the drop down menu next to legal, it would just be easier to have this information under one place. Thanks, not a big issue for us.
