Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Sending newsletters from the assigned agent

    Sending newsletters from the assigned agent instead of one person. This gives the agent the chance to respond to the feedback. How it is at the moment it would take hours and over 15 newsletters a week to create a newsletter from each individual agent.

    Being able to schedule newsletters to send automatically on a specific day/time would mean easier management of bulk EDMs.

  3. Import custom templates for Automatic Updates

    We would like to import custom templates for Automatic Updates. Currently our email clients receive updates with a header graphic that is not acceptable for our brands visual image. We invest a lot of marketing dollars into ensuring every element of branding that is seen and sent to our clients is spot on with corporate colours and logos. This automated email template is not flexible and not on brand. We would like to be able to upload our own graphic template please.

    This is possible though may attract a cost (unless your designers / developers are able to adjust the formats to be compatible with Rex). Please contact our support team via for more information via the help bar in Rex.

  4. Two Newletter Templates

    Our agency would love to have two newsletter templates, we run a Holiday Rental business out of our real estate office that has different branding.
    We add all our past guests into REX so we can send them our Real Estate Newsletter but we would also like to send a Getaway newsletter which has specials & booking information,
    Would love to be able to have two templates with different branding so that the past guests don't get confused.

  5. Automatically add contacts from Homepass OFI's into a Rex Mailing List

    It would be really useful for any contact checked in from Homepass to be added to a mailing list ‘Homepass” and also tagged “Homepass”. Assuming that the coding checked to see if they were already on the list to avoid duplication (in the event that a person comes through a home opens twice or has been previously checked in elsewhere)

    That way we can simply send the ‘Homepass’ list our OFI guide each week to ensure they’re kept up to date and not lost in the system.

    Hi Everyone,

    Thanks for voting! Going forward we will be adding a tag to any contacts updated or added by Homepass. The tag will be called ‘homepass’.

    You will then be able to add your mailing list by filtering this tag and adding the mailing list. If you require help with filtering and applying the mailing list as a mass action please contact our support team for help content.

    The reason we will not automatically add a mailing list is because not all contact will want to be automatically added to your mailing list.

    If you would like an ‘add to mailing list’ checkbox in the Homepass application please contact Homepass to suggest this to them.

  6. Contact Report for Newsletter subscribers that clicked a particular property or link

    The subscriber activity currently provides information on which links were clicked on, who clicked on the most links, but cannot provide the one thing I would most like to know which Contacts were interested in a particular Property or link to follow up. I would also like the link when it a property to display the property instead of just a link to the listing_id.
