    Hi I agree but for a slightly different use - I want to be able to send a bulk SMS to a list of buyers, with the micro ebrochure link for a listing (using merge tag so the link be clickable). This would only be possible if I can select a listing the SMS relates to, when sending the template so the listing merge tags become available.

    Hi Brent, I agree having this built in would be great. The workaround I use in the meantime is creating an anniversary track with one reminder per year on settlement day eg. "Anniversary - Happy 4 year anniversary" to occur on the 4th year after settlement, and so on... (I use 20x reminders, for 20 years).
