    This really is an absolute necessity for any office that has central admin staff (rather than individual sales people) that follow contracts through to settlement.
    Switching to individual sales peoples dash boards is simply not efficient.

    Agreed, this is also relevant when an email has been sent to an incorrect email address (bounced) and resent. There is no need at all to keep the bounced copy.
